EMMAS PLACE on WILDER POND

Emmas Place is a quaint A-frame house that can accomodate up to 45 guest.
Emmas does not have a stove, oven, or kitchen area. The outside pavilion and yard area can accomodate up to 80 guest. Parking is limited to 25 cars only.

Rental for 6 hours total    $395.00     November 1st  to May 30th
Rental for 6 hours total    $475.00     June 1st to October 31st
